Description

Also known as Scribbled Angel.

Found singly, pairs, or in small schools, over soft bottoms, open flat bottoms and rubble areas with coral, sea whip and sponge outcrops, over coastal bays, lagoons and inner reefs.
They feed on sponges and tunicates.
Length - 28cm
Depth - 2-20m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific

Angelfish are usually brightly coloured with highly compressed bodies.
