Also known as Mangrove Crab, Marsh Crab, Red Mangrove Crab, Red-clawed Mangrove Crab, Rock Crab, Spider Crab.

Found over mud, and sandy areas, of high shore mangrove floors.
They feed on mangrove leaves.
Length - 6cm
Depth - High tide area of mangroves.
Widespread Indo-Pacific

These crabs live in the Mangrove forest feeding on mangrove leaf litter, by so doing they help to keep the mangrove floor clean! Ref: x
