Found in colonies on dead corals, over shallow sheltered waters.
They feed on suspended plankton and detritus.
Length - 3cm
Depth 1-20m
Widespread Indo-Pacific

Sea Squirts are often singular, but some are attached by a stalk or embedded in a jelly like substance these are colonial asidians.
They usually have two openings, one for oxygen and food and the other for waste and water to be pumped out of. Ref: x
