Description

Also known as Bullseye Cardinalfish, Nurseryfish.

Found hiding in caves, crevices, and in seagrass beds, of silt reefs, dispersing at night foraging for food, in mangroves and seagrass beds.
They feed nocturnally on zooplankton.

Widespread Western Indian Ocean, Mediterranean
