Also known as Blowfish, Blue Blaasop, Oceanic Blaasop, Oceanic Puffer, Pufferfish, Rabbit Puffer, Swelltoad, Toadfish.

Found singly in estuaries but mainly oceanic.
They feed on crustaceans and squid.

The bodies of Pufferfish are covered in a toxic mucus, if the skin or flesh is consumed it can be fatal to humans.
