Description

Also known as Australian Mado, Mado Sweep.

Found in small too large schools, in large estuaries, harbours, under jetties around pylons and wharfs, over coral and rocky reefs.
They feed on plankton and benthic organisms.
Length - 25cm
Depth - 0-30m
Indo-West Pacific - Southeastern Australia
