Also known as Emperador, Luvaro, Silver King.

Found singly, near the surface or in deep waters of the oceans.
They feed on jellyfish and gelatinous zooplankton.
Length - 200cm
Depth - 0-200m
Circumtropical

These fish are related to the Surgeonfish because the juveniles have a pair of spines at the base of their tails, which are then lost when they turn into adults.
