Description
Also known as Common Ling, Cuskfish, European Ling, Molva, Molva Ling, Rockling.
Found singly, over rocky bottoms, around crevices, rocks, and wrecks, of deep water, coastal shelves and slopes.
They feed on cephalopods, fish, lobsters, and sea stars.
Juveniles found in coastal waters.

Depth - 100-1000m
Widespread Northeast Atlantic, Northwest Atlantic, North Western Mediterranean.
