Description
Also known as Brutal Moray, Common Moray Eel, Japanese Kidako Eel, Japanese Kidako Moray Eel, Kidako Eel, Kidako's Moray, Vermiculate Moray.
Found singly, in crevices and holes, over shallow to deeper waters, of lagoons and reefs.
They feed on fish, octopus, and squid.

Morays open and close their mouths to move water through their gills for respiration.
