Description

Also know as Bali Golden Yellowbelly Damselfish, Goldbelly Damselfish, Yellowbelly Damsel, Yellowbelly Damselfish.

Found in small schools, close to the bottom, over mixed coral and rubble areas of inner reef slopes, rich in algae growth.
They feed on algae, benthic invertebrates, and zooplankton.

Depth - 2-35m
Widespread Eastern Indian Ocean, Western Central Pacific

Damselfish are egg layers.
