Description
Also known as China Barb, Green Barb, Gold Barb, Half-banded Barb, Half-stripes Barb, Schubert's Barb, Six-banded Barb.
Found in schools, over slow flowing irrigation channels, swamps and tributaries of the Red River Basin of South West China.
They feed on crustaceans, insects, plant matter and worms.
