Description
Also known as Blue Trumpeter, Moki.
Found in schools as adults, offshore, over open bottoms, some adults do not school and remain around reefs. Juveniles found inshore around rocky reefs.
They feed on a wide range of benthic invertebrates and plants.

Depth - 10-160m
Southwest Pacific - New Zealand and Southern Australia
