Found close to the surface or flying for long distances in coastal areas.
They feed on zooplankton.
Length - 40cm
Depth - 0-50m
Worldwide temperate and tropical waters

Flying fish are all over the world and are able to fly for up to 50 meters at a time, which enables them to escape predators.
