Also known as Blackface Blenny, Mediterranean Triplefin, Threefin,Threefin Blenny, Triplefin, Yellow Black-faced Blenny.

Found over shallow and deep, rocky substrates, close to the entrance of caves, and under overhangs, of coastal reefs.
They feed on benthic crustaceans and invertebrates.
Length - 8.9cm
Depth - 0-40m
Widespread Eastern Atlantic, Mediterranean.
