Also known as Barhead Spinefoot, Barred Rabbitfish, Blue-lined Rabbitfish, Blue-lined Spinefoot, Doliatus Foxface Fish, Pencil-streaked Rabbitfish, Pencil-streaked Spinefoot, Spinefoot.

Found in pairs or small schools, over drop-offs and reef edges, of lagoons and seaward reefs, rich in coral growth.
They feed on benthic seaweeds.
Length - 20cm
Depth - 2-15m
Widespread Western Pacific

Rabbitfish are usually found in algae rich reefs.
