Also known as Amberfish, Banded Mackerel, Greater Amberjack, Jackfish, Pilotfish, Rudderfish, Shark Pilot, Slender Amberjack, Trevally.
Found close to the bottom in coastal waters, over the continental shelf.
They feed on fish and shrimps.
