Description
Also known as Cowfish, Jigsaw Boxfish, Reticulate Boxfish, Reticulated Boxfish, Scribbled Boxfish, Solorensis Boxfish, Striped Boxfish, Trunkfish.
Found singly or in pairs, over shallow crests and upper slopes of clear coastal reefs, rich with invertebrate growth.
They feed on algae, coral polyps and zooplankton.
