Also known as Google-eye Blenny, Scaly Blenny.
Found singly, resting on Pectoral and Dorsal Fins, blending in with the background, over coral, rock, rubble, and seagrass areas, of coastal reefs, rich in algae growth.
They feed on benthic invertebrates.

Scaly Blennies are found in various habitats perched on their fins and usually blending in with their surroundings.
Males and females often have different colouring and features.
