Also known as Bigeye Sea Pike, Blackspot Barracuda, Blotched Sea Pike, Forster's Barracuda, Forster's Sea Pike, Sea Pike.

Found in large schools, during the day stationary above reef patches, dispersing at night to forage for food, over lagoons and outer reef slopes.
They feed on crustaceans, fish and squid.

Depth - 6-300m
Widespread Indo-Pacific

Barracudas are large and torpedo shaped with an awesome array of teeth.
