Description
Also known as Rudderfish, Drummers, Highfin Rudderfish, Snubnose Chub, Snubnose Rudderfish and Blue Sea Chub.
Found in small to large groups on rocky shores and reef flats of lagoons and outer reefs.
They feed on algae.
Length - 50cm
Depth - 1-30m
Widespread Indo-Pacific
Chubs are usually found in turbulent high energy zones where food is more abundant.
