Description
Also known as Bancroft's Numbfish, Brazillian Electric Ray, Caribbean Electric Ray, Small Electric Ray, Spotted Torpedo Ray, Torpedofish, Trembler.
Found often buried in the sand during the day, out at nigh,t feeding over gravel, rubble, sand, and seagrass bottoms, of shallow, bays and coastal reefs.
They feed nocturnally on crustaceans and worms.

Numbfish have a much weaker shock than other types of Electric Rays.
