Also known as Crinoid Squat Lobster, Elegant Crinoid Squat Lobster, Feather Star Squat Lobster.

Found singly or in pairs, in the arms of feather stars, matching their colour and blending in with their host, over coral and rocky reefs.
They feed on detritus and zooplankton.
Length - 2cm
Depth - 0-140m
Widespread Indo-West Pacific

Anomura crabs are considered false crabs, they have a longer abdomen and the back legs are modified or reduced so hardly noticeable.
These crabs include the hermit crabs and squat lobsters.
