Description
Also known as Tunicates, Sea Squirts, Colonial Ascidians, Compound Ascidians, Blue Transparent Sea Squirt, Blue Sea Squirt and Blue Tunicate.
Found in groups in sheltered reef flats and slopes.
They feed on suspended plankton and detritus.
Often feed upon by Nembrotha Sea Slug.
Length - 7cm
Depth - 1-20m
